'Aurora' - located on an island site between Council's car park and public open space, 'Aurora' presented a significant design challenge.

Development
IPM worked closely with Architects Nettleton Tribe Partnership - www.nettletontribe.com.au to achieve a very distinctive building, which complements the unusual land shape.

The 5 retail shop areas were located to integrate onto the proposed Town Square and provide an active frontage to the project.

Features & Fittings
The 33 apartments are focussed on the prominent headland, Long Reef, which rises dramatically from the northern end of Dee Why Beach.

The five-storey building provides a great variety of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, which open onto the large balconies and provide indoor.
