part of a 6172 sqm masterplan redevelopment designed by Noel Bell
Ridley Smith and Partners - www.nbrsap.com.au,
IPM was selected as preferred builder to rebuild new sister's accommodation
and restore historic Mt Dudley house c 1894.
The
new Mt Dudley facility consists of an adaptive reuse of the original
Mt Dudley house including chapel, museum and dining room. The renovation
also included a new kitchen, office and bathroom facilities.
The
new wing consists of a new underground garage, thirteen self contained
apartments, prayer room, lounge room and extensive landscaped courtyards.
