'Gladswood House' on Sydney Harbour, is listed on the National Heritage Estate Register.

Development
Built in the 1860's, the main sandstone building was restored and converted into four luxury apartments, which feature many significant architectural features. The waterfront section is a new addition, containing three modern apartments with expansive harbour views.

'Gladswood House' is an excellent example of the integration of 7 apartments and reuse of a significant Heritage building for modern purposes.
