'Phillips Landing' was one of the first residential projects of 178 apartments commenced on Sydney Harbour/Parramatta River in the recent revitalisation of this waterway.

Development
This former industrial land which was heavily contaminated, was transformed into a collection of 2-4 storey apartment buildings terraced over four hectares.

The buildings designed by Nettleton Tribe Partnership - www.nettletontribe.com.au feature painted render and face brick exteriors, which added to a pleasing architectural appearance and achieved ready market acceptability.

'Phillips Landing' features a Residents' Clubhouse containing a recreational centre which includes swimming pools, gymnasium, sauna and tennis courts.
